Everything is handled efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are good, in particular Steve. However, Manager Mandy is outstanding. If Head Office gives out any form of recognition to staff, then they need to be giving one to Mandy. A Five-Star person!”

When my lock broke on my upvc door as the hadn't got the actual lock in stock they lent me a temporary lock until the correct lock was delivered .. they also mended part of the latch mechanism free of charge which had come adrift. Brilliant service.”
