Visited Howdens Stourbridge today. I was served by Jon who was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I left with plenty of ideas and prices. I will definitely be returning.
Not happy Not a good customer service experience tbh.. seriously needs reviewing.... In the middle of sorting my job out.... when another customer walks up to the lady concerned and starts discussing his issue with your company for my order to be put on the back burner..... Perhaps better training and customer service compliances should be looked into Sat waiting for 2 hours not fully the stores fault but partially

I have purchased my last 2 kitchens from Howdens (2 different homes) plus we always go here when we need other bits for around the house. The staff are super helpful and friendly, especially the manager, Hayley. Any problems or queries are dealt with fast and efficiently and I personally wouldn't use anywhere else.
Initially excellent service in the shop. Wayne booked himself to come & measure up the following Wednesday, but he didn’t show up. We hung about waiting for a hour in case he was running late, making me late for work & my friend had an hour & a half round trip. 8 days later still no contact, no apology or a call to say why he didn’t show. Disappointed.
Really good kitchen design consultation. 2 hour appointment allowed plenty of detail to be put into the design. Definitely a better experience than the competition.
