When we’ve been in together he is very professional and treats us like everyone else with respect and makes sure those who needs serving first are put first. He is really good at helping as best of his knowledge. Definitely Thomas works hard along with the other team members!”

“I've been to loads of Screwfix stores and this is certainly one of the very best there is. Always a very friendly welcome at the trade counter. Everything is handled efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are good, in particular Steve. However, Manager Mandy is outstanding. If Head Office gives out any form of recognition to staff, then they need to be giving one to Mandy. A Five-Star person!”

When my lock broke on my upvc door as the hadn't got the actual lock in stock they lent me a temporary lock until the correct lock was delivered .. they also mended part of the latch mechanism free of charge which had come adrift. Brilliant service.”

“Great service, from the purchase in store, to washing machine delivered and fitted in 24 hours. The delivery men polite and helpful, no moaning bringing washer up the stairs, unlike Curry's who I used for another item earlier in the year who I would never use again. All packaging taken away and then Julian came round to connect the washer and remove and dispose of old machine, he covered the stairs and made sure there was no mess or water leaks, identified a plumbing issue which he fixed and then helped me do the first cycle advising me on how to take care of the machine in the future. Thank you for a great experience all round, Geoff Hill. There is a reason this shop has been around for many years because service is their priority.”
