Came in earlier looking for a present. I know absolutely nothing about Wine but the man (I think his name was Josh) helped me out massively, picked me out the perfect one. Brilliant customer service.

We went in to get some wine for our wedding and I’ve got to say it was a great experience. Ben was incredibly helpful and gave us some great recommendations. He even opened a bottle for us to try. Highly recommend!
We used majestic Stourbridge for a bulk order for our wedding nearby. They were amazingly organised, very communicative and helpful on the phone. I think it was Ben who dealt with the order. He even called the day before to confirm the drinks were set to arrive which was very reassuring! Amazing service.
Very informative staff, good range of wines with good discounts for box of six purchases. Came away with two bottles of brandy (one Almanac) after a couple of tastings.
As always with Majestic excellent, friendly staff, great wine selection to suit all budgets. Just need the wine tasting events to start back up hopefully soon.
Excellent wine and excellent staff to help out too. They really know there stuff and aren't at all snobby, we go for 6 at a time as you get a better price and pay supermarket prices for a much better product. Honestly, ask for some recommendations or even try a sample, well worth it.
What a lovely place, they have an impressive selection of wine. Went in to get 1 bottle and came out with 4 beautiful wines. The staff are so helpful and helped pick out exactly what I wanted. Got to sample 6 wines, loved every minute of it.
Very knowledgeable manager. Asked what we liked & what we wanted to spend per bottle & provided us with a number of options. The descriptions that he gave for each wine showed enthusiasm as well as knowledge. We were also treated with courtesy & consideration.
