“I've been to loads of Screwfix stores and this is certainly one of the very best there is. Always a very friendly welcome at the trade counter. Everything is handled efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are good, in particular Steve. However, Manager Mandy is outstanding. If Head Office gives out any form of recognition to staff, then they need to be giving one to Mandy. A Five-Star person!”

“Great store for 'convenience' disagree with the below 'vegan' and staff lacking a smile. I can't get a good vegan sandwich at any superstore let alone convenience store. As for the staff; they often have poor staffing levels and the store is manic 99 percent of the time. Give them a break.”

“Used the Post Office here, as I don't like the one in Wollaston. Great friendly chap served me, made sure I had the service for my post which I wanted, as I was unsure. Did you know that the post office is open the same hours as the shop itself! Great for busy people and busy lives. Shall certainly be going back. Ps nice selection of goods especially the fresh bread too.”
