   Shout out to Elaina she was so busy, replenishing the shelves, running to the tills, constantly at it the whole time I was in the store. Very friendly happy lady, great member of staff, I hope the management Acknowledge this and offer her ability to progress within the company.

   Never got any tills open. Waited absolutely ages last time to get through the only open till. I gave up in the end and walked and just left the trolly full with food along with another couple who'd also given up. You can't take trolleys through the self serve. There's not enough room where you put the shopping. Ridiculous management.

   Normally the staff here is quite nice. However, not today. The service received today at the self check area was too far away from being acceptable. Your colleague there, a lady probably in her 50ies was raising her voice for no reason, she was grumpy and impolite. A complaint was sent to you over your online form, BTW. I'm really wondering why you give jobs to people obviously suffering customer oriented skills while you have good staff members (proven within the time). Honestly, WHY?

   The shop itself is great. All the staff are so lovely and everything is there that you need with a good middle aisle section. Downside is that it can sometimes be a bit difficult to access the baby/toddler trolleys with how they’re arranged and the parking eye system to park has flagged us as not registering our car when we have.

   Shopped in Aldi but forgot to enter my number plate at the machine. I have been stung with a massive parking fine. Really off-putting. I'll just go to Tesco round the corner in future, as there is no risk of this happening again.

   Quite empty shelves in places but had most of what I wanted. In and out fairly quickly apart the old only one till open. No real complaints though just another Aldi minding it's own business

   If you fail to put your registration number in you'll get fined........ So keep your receipt and do not accept the fine, prove you had parked to shop there.

   Whenever I visit I'm never disappointed the staff are always very welcoming and extremely helpful, the range of products are excellent particularly the special buys section a visit well worth while. A word of warning if you park on their car park you must remember to enter you vehicle registration number before you leave the Stourbridge branch
