“Super friendly staff and great recommendations! Perfect to take bottle down to the beach!”
“Truly exemplary customer service from everyone involved at this shop. A real gem!”
“Just wanted to say thank you to Ash and I’m his staff always helpful and professional. Saved me money in postage by giving me the best option while sending a parcel today. A great post office and a well stocked convenience store.”
“Brilliant service and everything you need, plus lots of things you didn’t know you need, on our doorstep”
“Our favourite local spot! We regularly pop in for brunch/lunch and sweet treats which are always delicious and use fresh, quality ingredients. Great coffee to enjoy inside or outside in the sunshine, and we love picking up a good bottle of wine and local produce from the shop next to the café. We absolutely love the variety of evening events they put on as well. The team are always friendly and smiling and are so passionate about what they do for their local community. Can't recommend Shoreline enough :)”
“A real gem, run by people that not only know their stuff, but care a great deal about their clients. The wine selection is really quite spectacular, backed up with tasting knowledge and information about the vineyards. Also, it's great to see that they support local producers of wines and beers, which is great too see in this current climate.”
“Good selection of groceries. Wines, beers, ciders, and unique spirits. Very helpful friendly staff too. Recommendations are welcome.”
“Mix Labs Retail has everything you could possibly need in a vape shop. Great choice of liquid, including the fantastic MLDI range. Which is now my goto product, absolutely incredible flavours. The hardware selection is on point from very simple puff and play options to the more serious DTL. And finally, the staff, every time I've visited whoever is serving that day, has been so helpful and polite, including the new gentleman in there.”
“Over the weekend I found Finns Vape store on Portland road, I met the lovely couple that manage the store and they were so helpful and friendly. I went in there knowing nothing about vaping and they were so good with me, they asked what I was going to be vaping and they offered me the most suitable device for my needs. They were not once pushy trying to get me to buy something expensive or things I didn't need, it was just kept nice and simple. Most of all it was the outstanding customer service and the knowledge held by these two Wonderfull people that will have me going back there. I am sorry I didn't catch both your names. The pair of you were amazing and thanks for the great service”
“Great variety of choice. Very friendly staff. One little issue: I have witnessed a lot of shoplifting, so I would advise you to place the most expensive products (like all the cosmetics at the back of the shop) to the front of the shop as those are the ones I have seen being stolen. Once I saw a smartly dressed tall woman literally putting expensive cosmetic products into her pocket. It was shocking to see.”
“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”
“A gorgeous shop that is so worth discovering and indulging. Beautifully displayed spirits with a real sense of history, pride and love.”
“Best selection, service and atmosphere. The team are friendly and always happy to help, you never feel hurried or a burden, no matter your knowledge or experience level. Can’t even compare to the other shops selling cigars in town - this is a real cigar shop like the old days!”
“We had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!”
“Very happy with the service and recommendations. Took two of the roses based on samplings and for Reds the recommendations turned out to be great. As long as you’re looking to spend between £10-15 a bottle this is the best place to go.”
“A great, friendly well stock corner shop! The owner who's his stuff, very happy to have this at the top of our road.”
“I like this shop a lot, a good selection of Polish and Eastern European products. I would recommend sausages and pierogi (dumplings), as they are different from the local ones. Also, the selection of cakes is delicious with cheese cake as my favourite one. Powidła - plum butter - that is my favourite kind of jam.”
“I love this little treasure. Staff are delightful. It’s always a lovely experience to go there.”
“Lovely little post office. Very friendly helpful staff. Seemed to have a good range of food produce too. I didn't have time to thoroughly check it out as just paying in some cash but would want to if more time. I would happily use again.”
“Fantastic local vape store in the heart of town. Great friendly service, makes you want to keep coming back!”
“So many different things yet still stocks the best little things”
“Great little shop with friendly staff. They don't try to oversell you and they have a nice range of kit for both beginners and more experienced vapers. Prices aren't inflated and are on par with Amazon, so it's one of the few physical stores where looking at actual products (rather than a website product page) makes sense. Having bought and renewed all of my kit from Amazon in the past I've been converted in one visit, so I will make an effort to support this local store in future. A+”
“I've been visiting this place for years since they were 1 shop in norfolk square. Its very rare to come across a shop like this. Its not just a vape shop, its a friendly hang. Their knowledge of vape products is second to none, and they are happy to teach you anything you need to know about various vape products. Chris and Devon are the best people you'll talk to regarding anything vaping in Brighton, and the rest of the lads are great as well. -Devon once spent an hour teaching me how to change RTA coils and wick them -Whenever I have a locked tank, they will somehow get it off -They provide a cotton/coil changing service, including cleaning the tank (Even though they jokingly complain whenever its requested) -Their prices are very good compared to other shops -Chris is an inventor and has his own line of juices and merch, you have to try the juices!”
“You've got a love Roy's, from the staff that ignore you why you walk around, To the odd array of food that they still stocking since covid.”
“The store has excellent service, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making every visit enjoyable!”
“Great one stop for fresh meat, fruit n veg. Friendly staff and convenient location too”
“Was given great advice about which power tools to buy based on my needs from Miles at this branch. Great service and products at a competitive price.”
“Great shop has everything you need. Very helpful staff it is an absolute asset to the community.”
“Really wonderful shop with cardamom coffee, really good prices for things like coconut milk, ginger and garlic paste and other goods. Really impressed with the plastic free pasta options from barilla and the loose fresh produce of fruit and veg.”
“Hidden gem of Brighton. Almost passed by then realised that there’s a lot of stuff under the chandler. I ended up wandering the hall and upstairs place for about an hour and found couple of things i was interested. Very reasonable prices for some amazing products. This place is full of a perfect mix of vintage, kooky and modern products. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to have a look in their many cabinets for amazing stuff. Highly recommended.”
