“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”
“We had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!”
“Great one stop for fresh meat, fruit n veg. Friendly staff and convenient location too”
“Was given great advice about which power tools to buy based on my needs from Miles at this branch. Great service and products at a competitive price.”
“Al Medina, you’ve done it again you naughty naughty shop. Your sweets are the best 99p sweets ever, so refreshing and tangy. Top 3 shop ever.”
“Iceland is the best place to buy frozen food. No one can beat Iceland for frozen rice, noodles with chicken option”
“I buy my favorite ice cream and I like milk..”
“the young man at the check out was very friendly, asking if I found everything I was looking for.”
“Great shop in the middle of brighton and hove. Deceptively large and has everything one could want. The staff in here are friendly and knowledgeable and there are more tills here than you can poke a stick at. The self service ones at least, but noone really wants manned tills anyway, too much conversation for my liking. Anyway I digress, great shop and good selection of flowers also”
“It's hard to know how to review a place like this. We all know what a convenience store is, and if that's what you want then it'll be the right place to go.”
“To pump out 160+ online orders. Take 30+ Home deliveries the busiest time of year in store and still have a full and good looking store is a great place to be. Amazing staff and great deals. Good company”
“I like this shop and although I always buy the same few things, the selection of products is good. Shop is clean (especially after refurbishment) and guys there are extremely nice and helpful.”
“Good cornershop, is it closed never seems to be open now?”

“It's such an intense experience going into this shop, when a beginner cooking in Chinese/Korean food as I am and not able to read a lot of what is written on the labels - this as well as the colours and densely packed shelves and space is enough for me to have to stand still for a moment to orientate initially but the shop people are helpful to get what ones wants. Perhaps if I shopped here more often I would be less in awe but it seems it as a food shopping treat”
“I’m be really enjoyed living in this building so far, the staff: Ben, Tara, Kiera and Moses are all so lovely, and always there to help if anything within the building, or even with myself goes wrong. Having such an amazing group of people around, who are always willing to chat and help out is such an amazing experience. It’s made my experience at uni so far, so much better. And I’m appreciative of all they do, and I’m so happy I chose to live at pavilion point.”
“The people who work their r kind and helpful. Supermarket is always open, so you can always depend on it, a bit expensive but all the off license shops and 24/7 supermarket are a bit expensive.”
“I had to return my Amazon parcel which involved dealing with customer service. Lesley, (I think that was her name) was the only customer service member of staff at that time. Lesley's professionalism stood out, even in a busy environment with a long queue. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of her role and the issues she was dealing with. Her courtesy and pleasant demeanor were notable, even when dealing with agitated customers. Lesley handled a variety of complex issues efficiently. She remained organized and composed under pressure. Asda should be so pleased and proud to have her as a member of their front facing staff.”
“Good shop with international foods. This includes fruit and vegetables.”
“Oh my god such good service such good prices. Boss man sells TAKIS for a reasonable price. Thanks”

“Great local shop, fair prices, polite enough staff”
“I had the pleasure of meeting Harriet today, who helped me with my oat needs (thank you! ☺️) and even went out of her way to enquire about a specific product for me directly to the manufacturer. I can't remember the last time any shop did that for me! I love this store and what it represents, it has such an important role in the local community. Since starting a more mindful lifestyle a few years ago, Harriet's of Hove has been there for me, from nuts and pulses to every day reusable items. The staff are a great team, always helpful and smiley, no matter if it's a quiet day or Saturday lunchtime. I honestly couldn't do without this store.”
“They are all so incredibly lovely and helpful. The produce always looks lovely and fresh, and when things gone past their sellable state they rather give it away than throw away, which I salvaged the tulips from bunches and they look beautiful in my kitchen. Hope that all places will follow their example. So happy they took it over and re opened our local green grocers”
“Love it in here! Went in just to get one thing, ended up with loads. So many unique delicious things, and the latte was the best I’ve had in Worthing. Would be really cute if they had a few seats outside too but I understand it’s a very small shop!”
