Meh supermarket, but the worst thing is the car park, it uses ANPR cameras, so you will get a fine if you forget to get a ticket or don't get back to your car in time. You must better off going to the range if you really want Iceland shopping

Awful customer service in this store. I came in my wheelchair to this store, and it was so difficult to negotiate with aisles blocked with over stocked stocked, and trolleys of stock that wasn't being unloaded and no staff around unloading or I could to see extent excuse how unaccessible the entire store, and the one staff member who was unloading stock was the security guard who had a trolley one side, and stock on the floor the other side, who looked saw me coming, and I assumed was then going to move the items out the way, but to my shock he just picked up more stock and continued unloading whilst I had to sit and wait... I attempted from my wheelchair to try and move the trolley but wasn't able to do so. At the till the que was really long with only 1 till open - someone was having problems with their payment and this went on for quite some time, and the next person was having a home delivery... the cashier didnt then call anyone else to come and assit and open another till, by which point the que was mega long.... in the end the que was taking so long to move i actually had to give up waiting, and left without the shopping i had in my basket, and won't be returning. Staff need re training in customer service and awareness of disabilities, and how demoralising it can be being a wheelchair user whos unable to access the community as others are able to do so. This has put me off going out.

Staff more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Rude.Only one till open with long queues

Staff are so rude and condescending! Do no go here! I visited the Worthing store today with my mother, my two children and my nephew. We popped in after having fish and chips for a sweet treat. My son and nephew were wandering the store and I was selecting some chocolates, when we hear a commotion in the neighbouring aisle. A customer accused my 15 yo nephew of trying to steal vapes and members of staff stormed over shouting at him and my son to leave the store. There was no politeness in asking them what was going on or dealing with the issue in any civil manner. The staff didn't come to speak to me as the parent present. There was no explanation to the way your staff reacted, and to be frank, we were disgusted with their behaviour. Yes my nephew is underage, but looking at the flavour of vapes which are displayed by the tills in full view of children, does not mean that he is going to steal them! Even touching the packaging doesn't mean he is stealing. Complete lack of decorum from all staff present! Shame on you all. I have contacted headquarters to make an official complaint and I hope he staff receive some proper training on how to deal with innocent customers in such events!

Can be chaos at busy periods so tend to do home deliveries the drivers have always been very helpful the only downside to home deliveries is the very poor bags they put them in, when I asked about them to the driver he also said how much of a pain they are. But overall worth a trip

To pump out 160+ online orders. Take 30+ Home deliveries the busiest time of year in store and still have a full and good looking store is a great place to be. Amazing staff and great deals. Good company

Good selection of products for a small store but could really do with more than one till being open when it's busy as the queue blocks the whole store up.

I wouldn't go back on a Tuesday due to the number of old people shopping. Apparently that is old persons discount day. Their own products are good and well priced. Avoid the fresh produce though. That is not great quality and is very expensive. Staff are efficient and friendly.
