“Having been recommended by a friend in Hampshire who uses the store I rang very last minute to order an ION wetsuit. Sam was incredibly helpful advising on sizing and managed to order and have despatched to me in a couple of days in time to catch the surf weather forecast! Excellent customer service and product range - will definitely return for any future requirements for sure.”

“Purchased a second car from Prestige. Massively impressed with the owners who were so helpful and professional. The car we bought was in great condition even though it was an older fairly low value car. It drives beautifully and was spotlessly clean when we collected it. I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Fabulous pet store selling high quality and ethical products at very reasonable prices. Now we have a puppy we will definitely be regular customers. They were also very understanding when our puppy had an excited tinkle in the store (sorry again!).”

“Despite being ridiculously busy and short staffed (I really felt for one guy who couldn't get anything done, without the phone ringing, or a stream of customers coming in) the team were all delightful and helpful and apologetic for the wait. What a credit they are to this organisation. I feel they need some additional help to answer phones and do the admin ATS!”

“Always a very solid customer experience. Special mention to Alex for consistently being ever so helpful and for always having a smile on his face”

“I had fantastic service from Jeramie, I went it looking for some wine for clients, and was greeted by Jeramie, who asked me my budget and what kind I was looking for. He gave me some brilliant suggestions and even helped me carry it all to my car. As someone who knows nothing about wine, it was a pleasant experience and was made easy. I can't thank Jeramie enough!”

“Lovely little post office. Very friendly helpful staff. Seemed to have a good range of food produce too. I didn't have time to thoroughly check it out as just paying in some cash but would want to if more time. I would happily use again.”

“Excellent service from a great team, above all the wonderful delivery driver James”

“Very relaxed experience, dropped off my car for four new tyres, went to Costa Coffee, cought up with all my unanswered emails and messages, 90 minutes passed and car was then ready for collection. Easy peasy. Highly recommended.”

“I was served by a wonderfully cheerful and buoyant chap at podia. A tall, grey haired dude. Excellent! Also, a lovely young lady who's studying psychology (I think). Makes up for strange, nervous, Mr Lacklustre on customer services one day!!”

“Vapestore are the best! Super attentive and knowledgeable staff. Personal experience every time, staff always seem to remember regular customers names and in many cases even my regular purchases. The loyalty scheme is great. They offer deals on bulk purchases and have everything under one roof. Disposables Vapes, big and small. Bottled e-liquid in all sizes and strengths. High, mid and entry level vaping equipment, coils and pods. But most of all the service is hands down superb!”

“I had to return twice for my 4D scan as my baby wasn’t in the right position.. luckily the lady was able to capture my baby at the last minute but was extremely patient and even helped me with excercises to get her in the right position. I also had my gender scan here which was early but the person was able to get the gender of her in no time! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly”

“I have shopped at Pendulum several times since moving to the area from London. The quality of clothing is first class and Julie in the shop has always seen me right regarding style and fit, she is an asset to the business. Purchases have ranged from coats, suit, casual wear all which I have been extremely pleased with and Pendulum has now become my first choice shop. Thanks Pendulum and special thanks to Julie”

“A big thank you to Debbie, Jordan and the team at Howdens, Faraday Close. Debbie came to our home and planned our kitchen for us. She listened to what we would like to incorporate and came up with a wonderful layout. We kept visiting the showroom, as we were undecided on the cupboard fronts etc and each time we turned up, we were treated very well. We changed our minds a couple of times, new plans were produced, but was no trouble to Debbie. Once our kitchen was delivered, any problems we had were speedily resolved.”

“We have used Stuart and his team for well over a decade and they have always delivered! They have always been so accommodating to all requests, whether collecting or delivering, from small items to several pallets, UK or overseas, Stuart can manage it all quickly and efficiently. I would fully recommend Spicer International for all your logistics needs. They are the best! CLIF Bar U.K.”
