   I like Waitrose because all its own brand bananas, coffee, tea, sugar, and cocoa in confectionery are Fairtrade. Compared to my experience in London, this is a large store. While its fine wine selection is small, it includes plants as well as flowers and retains its cafe. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There’s ample parking and it’s clean and tidy.

   First time visitors since moving to Shoreham. Excellent example of a Waitrose store. Friendly, helpful staff. Great range of high quality produce appropriately priced. Really good car parking and easier location for driving to than our other Waitrose in Hove.

   I was served by a wonderfully cheerful and buoyant chap at podia. A tall, grey haired dude. Excellent! Also, a lovely young lady who's studying psychology (I think). Makes up for strange, nervous, Mr Lacklustre on customer services one day!!

   A good sized Waitrose with adequate parking. The store layout is pretty standard with most items easy to find. My one criticism is there could be more checkouts open for shoppers to avoid excessive queuing.

   Simply put, this store is fantastic. I feel welcomed by the staff and the products are second to none and at a completely different level compared to the competition. There is NOTHING that isn't great. And then there's the cheese-, fresh fish- and meat counters. The quality and service here raises the bar skyhigh above great. What a supermarket.

   Fantastic large store with ample parking, free for 2hrs, & a lovely cafe that makes delicious drinks & has a limited range of extremely appealing looking food. I went to the customer services desk, the tills after shopping to purchase my food & wine, then into the cafe, & everybody that served me gave me a genuine happy smile, therefore great place to be & for a Wednesday, everything I needed was in stock, also because the store is large, they had a great range of everything you could possibly need.
