   Excellent prices from a well known trade supplier, even to private customers. No crazy delivery charges as at some similar suppliers!! The most amazing personal customer service, well worth returning just for that. The delivery drivers were amazing, polite, helpful and skillfull, an enjoyable service above and beyond one would initially expect from a national company. Cannot fault at all. Highly recommended to use in the future.

   My 87 year old neighbour lost some fence panels in the recent storms, he ordered 5 from them, 4 would fit fine and 1 needed to be cut to size. Because of his age I’d offered to help him put them all in the day after they were due, when I went over to see him the 4 that didn’t need cutting were already in place, apparently the delivery driver had slotted them in for him. There’s not many companies would have done that and it’s really impressed me. Obviously the driver didn’t know that help had been lined up, he just saw and elderly guy who’d struggle and went the extra mile, great stuff! .

   What amazing service. They went above and beyond to help me. I ordered 2 fence panels and I live near the depot and one of the lads (didn’t catch his name) helped me carry them home as I had no car. 5 star dudes!
