   Fantastic. After a complete online order fiasco taking a week for an item to arrive. I popped into the store and explained the situation. Phil took complete ownership, made a call and had the item cancelled, reordered and then delivered to the store the very next day. Thank you Phil and all the staff at Uckfield.
