   Yesterday I went with a very long spurious list of requirements from my builder (like a different language). I was greeted by the lady behind the counter that is always there, she’s always calm, and helpful. She sent me outside to meet The man (Keith I think), oh my days that man was patient, kind, polite, and made my errand so much easier. Inside I displayed my usual amount of ditsy behaviour and the lady with long black hair pointed me in the right direction of specific drill bits etc. finally jolly nice chap behind the till added everything up, professional, warm and cheerfully handed me the bill. I’ve never been so delighted to receive a bill before. What an experience … great job Jewson Heathfield !!!
