   Time wasters. Turn up just before 4pm, having checked they're open until 5pm on their own website. Guy at yard tells me they shut at 4pm, can't sell any timber. I tell them the website is wrong, he tells me it's not, I show him the website on my phone, he shrugs. A waste of an hour.

   I hat to take some paving slab back as got the wrong ones, and the lady in the office was happy to Exchange for the ones I needed, and it was very nice and good of mike the man in the yard to unloaded my van and loaded the new ones top man!, and thank you cover.

   Bought some full lengths of dowel in their Cooksbridge branch today - I can't believe what they charged me. I think the cost (to them) of printing the receipt must have been more than the total price to me! Very pleased

   Overpriced. Lovely lady on the phone but 'head office' govern pricing rules. I feel sorry for the manager. Unless you've got money you waste - go somewhere else.
