   Such a friendly and professional team at Window to the Womb, Worthing. Anthony did my recent 4D scan and was so patient trying to get the best images of baby’s face. Chantel was a lovely chaperone too. She puts you at ease and is very welcoming. Great experience, thank you.

   I had to return twice for my 4D scan as my baby wasn’t in the right position.. luckily the lady was able to capture my baby at the last minute but was extremely patient and even helped me with excercises to get her in the right position. I also had my gender scan here which was early but the person was able to get the gender of her in no time! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly

   Firstly so overpriced and expensive for what you actually get. Firstly staff seem tired and bored (am appointment). Secondly why the rule of only 4 others with me when there's two lady's watching us all plus the sonographer. (We felt it was weird and uncomfortable) I took my 2 children so they could see our baby. None of us could actually see anything on the screen. She was talking so quickly and said baby wasn't playing ball. But didn't really give it a chance. It was so rushed and the sonographer seemed like she just wanted the next person in. Was a maximum of 10 minutes long. One in one out it felt like it. Nothing special about it!!. Then got told the pictures were on email (for the price i thought they would at least have a printer). Then I looked on my email I had 1 picture of half of the baby. The other 9 pictures were either blurred or in between the legs shot. I had to laugh or cry moment when the pictures actually came through the post. They were so dark and looked like a 5 year old cut them out with half the writing missing. No not wate your time or money on this place!!

   The team at Window to the Womb were really friendly and welcoming, and the scan itself was a nice experience. However, we had specifically asked for the gender information to be sent separately to a different email (which was agreed to), but unfortunately this didn’t happen. Instead, the gender was included with the test results, which took away from the surprise we’d hoped for.

   The experience in the clinic (twice) was second to none, BUT the pictures we paid for were not good, they were just zoomed in photos, with the scan writing in the too right hand corner, something we did not expect. We were looking for a photo with no writing on that we could frame properly, but other then that it was a very good experience.

   Me and my partner are expecting our 1st baby and have used window to the womb Worthing for 3 private scans now and could not be happier with our experience we had an early reassurance scan, a gender scan and a 4D scan, from the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed. The receptionist is very polite and welcoming, once you've been signed in there is a beautiful waiting area to sit in till you are called through for your ultrasound. The Sonographers are extremely professional and helpful, they take the time that is required to get you the best photos of baby (even with our little girl being a pain and hiding the whole time) they ensure they talk you through everything they are seeing on screen and make you feel very relaxed even the assistant of the Sonographer joined me marching around the room to make me feel comfortable in effort to get baby to move! We could not highly recommend using window to the womb enough and would definitely be returning in the future if we have any future babies. Thank-you window to the womb so much for making our pregnancy journey more enjoyable.

   What a wonderful and magical experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, I was a little anxious but the staff and reception area was a warm and welcoming so it put me at ease right away. Once in the room the ladies were lovely and explained that they will be doing some normal checks but out NHS scan would be where we would get measurements etc. ( they explained some other things but I was just to busy looking at the screen waiting to see baby) The room had plenty of screens and my husband could sit on the sofa and enjoy the show. They really made him feel welcome and part of the experience unlike at the hospital, its the little things, being able to have his name on the scan pictures and the fact that he is asked how he is rather than just me. They explained everything they were looking at, how baby was laying where there arms and legs were even down to the position of the placenta. We went for the gender reveal in the room and even that experience was amazing as they explained how they look and that they look from a number of different angels so we really got a good view of the baby. We got a freeze frame so we could guess and that was just wonderful. We even got a sneak peak into 4D and although they look skinny and tiny we got a good view of the face and even saw one of there hands and all their fingers. The detail that you get after the scan , pictures, video and report is just amazing. The whole experience was fantastic the rabbit with babies heart beat in it just finished up the most wonderful experience. Already booked for the 4D appointment and counting down already. Absolutely magical, highly recommend this experience Thank you

   Amazing! My partner and I have visited Window to the Womb 5 times over 2 pregnancies and every time they have exceeded our expectations. Booking was really easy online (we booked at 11pm) but they were available on the phone when we had further questions, and that was on a bank holiday! Appointments were available to suit our busy schedules and we made the most of the evening and weekend ones in particular. The team are all amazing, from the receptionist to the person scanning. They have always made us feel at ease and have shared in our highs and lows and we can not fault the service. For our first pregnancy we really had no idea how to go about things, but they walked us through every step of the way giving extra advice and guidance and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a private scan with a company who really cares about you, your baby and giving the best possible experience, this is the place to go. We tried another company for our very first scan for baby #1 but there was just no comparison. Worthing clinic is beyond compare being spacious, professional, and not at all clinical; the team seem to really love being helpful and informative and were very engaging with our little one who was finding out he was having a baby sister. He was a little bit scared to come into a room with strangers but they soon made him relaxed and got him to join in with the whole process. Lots of gender reveal items to choose from too and all at great prices – we just couldn’t decide which so settled on 2, a cuddly giraffe with our baby’s heartbeat recorded in it and a huge cannon full of confetti to share the experience with our family. When we had our 4D scan baby was being a pickle and we weren’t getting great images despite being sent for a walk, even that was no problem. They rebooked us in for another appointment free of charge and we got amazing images the second visit, so much so that we upgraded to HD which is incredible and so life-like.. you have to try it! We can’t fault them and can’t thank them enough. We were recommended to come here by 2 friends and our midwife and it was the best recommendation that we ever took, there aren’t many businesses that give this level of customer service consistently, the team really seem to love their work and genuinely care about you.
