“We have been taking our cats to Cat’s Whiskers for around 11 years now. It is so good to go to a cat only vet where the waiting area is calm and there are no dog noises! Amanda is an excellent vet, quiet and calm, the appointments are never rushed and are very thorough. As mentioned in previous reviews, you do have to join a pet plan but if you have pets, you owe them that at least. This way they get regular, preventative health checks and are always up to date with flea and worm treatment and vaccinations. I am more than happy to recommend Amanda and her team who all do a wonderful job of making you feel at home, and every effort is made to make the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible for the cats and their owners.”

“I had to return twice for my 4D scan as my baby wasn’t in the right position.. luckily the lady was able to capture my baby at the last minute but was extremely patient and even helped me with excercises to get her in the right position. I also had my gender scan here which was early but the person was able to get the gender of her in no time! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly”

“When I joined David Lloyd, Rosa from the membership team was a great help in getting me all set up and made the whole process really easy. I decided to use my free PT sessions with Sarah Green, as I was particularly interested in her running background. We had three sessions together, where she introduced me to the weights equipment and focused on building leg strength. I really enjoyed the sessions and learned so much in a short space of time. Sarah was supportive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to follow. I’d highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for guidance and motivation. So far, I’m really enjoying the club and all the facilities. It’s a great environment to train”

“I’ve been a member of WLC for 2 years, never wanted to join a gym class. However, I’ve been attending BabyFit for 14 weeks now with my 6 month old, which is the longest I’ve ever kept up with a gym class. Really enjoy my Monday’s, Charlotte is fantastic and really looks after us all! I’ve also attended one FamilyFit class with my eldest which was made really fun for the kids. Can’t praise Charlotte enough for giving me motivation to come each week. Fantastic class for new mums!”

All of the services it runs, are done so with ultimate efficiency. I often opt to use the jab/vaccine services run here instead of my docs. As someone with complicated med history, it's very reassuring to be able to trust my local pharmacy.”

“When I booked these sessions with Mel I wasn’t sure if my 4yr old would even go in the water and I didn’t know where to start with teaching him to swim, he didn’t even like getting his hair wet. But I definitely came to the right place, he instantly connected with Mel and she made it so enjoyable for him that he can swim underwater now after only a couple of sessions, wants to become a lifeguard and is asking me everyday to “go back to Mel’s house”! He had a huge smile on his face the whole time he was there. He progressed so much in a short space of time with her game-based approach and attention to detail. The water is also lovely and warm and the changing area is very user-friendly, and has toys for siblings to play with. Mel gave us lots of individualised tips to carry on working on and we can’t wait to go back. It’s been a great experience all round. Thank you so much Mel, you are amazing ♥️♥️♥️”

“Best service ever. Today I went to the hospital with my grandma so she could get an annual check up in the Endoscopy suite and we were greeted by a Polish nurse named Klaudia. Not only she allowed me to come in and translate for my grandma but she was just the sweetest and nicest person and somehow knew a bit of Romanian which made my grandma and me so happy. I just had to share this because its so rare to get such perfect service as we did nowadays. I am so pleased and happy with our experience today! She made sure that my grandma was comfortable at all times and was very professional and patient with us. Thank you so much!”
