“Since joining the group, I have had the best experiences of vets I have ever had. When my rabbit moo needed to be put to sleep, the cat and rabbit clinic in Duston couldn’t have done any more to make the experience as bearable as possible for both moo and myself. They gave me time and listened to my wishes. They explained everything without treating me like I wouldn’t understand (I’ve had this elsewhere). I saw 3 different vets between the Duston and Northampton branch throughout her diagnosis and at the end and all 3 were amazing. You can tell that they really do care about the animals as they make them feel comfortable on every visit. I am never left in the waiting area for long and the reception staff are always friendly at both branches. It can be very hard to find a good vet and I don’t think I even knew what a good one is until I joined Northlands.
