We are both self-employed, and as a result struggled to get access to decent offers but Martin expertly guided us through it.    About 6 months ago we were recommended to speak to Josh at DWIFA to see if we could potentially buy a house and whether that meant we had to sell our currently two houses or just one. We had no idea what was possible and weren't hoping for much but were very surprised with the results. This week we completed on our forever home without selling either of our other houses. None of this would have happened with Josh' advice and looking in to all of this for us. He really went above and beyond. They then dealt with two remortgages and our new mortgage, we would like to thank Josh, Georgia, Lisa and Maxine for all their help in doing these efficiently and guiding us through the process as we had no idea.    As first-time buyers, the mortgage process felt incredibly overwhelming, but working with DWIFA made everything so much easier and less stressful. From our very first conversation with Josh, they were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the mortgage process in plain English. What really stood out was how they listened to our needs and financial situation before presenting a range of mortgage options that suited us. The communication throughout was excellent, we were kept updated at every stage, and they were always quick to respond to emails and calls. A special mention to Josh, Georgia and Lisa who were all excellent! I will definitely recommend DWIFA to everyone!

   Can’t rate Dwifa enough! The whole team from start to finish were fantastic. Martin dealt with our Mortgage, he is honestly such a credit to Dwifa. Not only does he provide really solid advice but he’s really down to earth and in our case went the extra mile to provide support. Gareth dealt with our insurances too and again provided nothing but 10/10 service. Overall super happy with the service I’ve received. A great bunch of people who made a stressful time (moving house) that little bit sweeter.
