Outstanding clinic. Dr Asif Khan is one of the best doctors I have seen, he did more to help me than my own doctor in one visit! I went to the centre in panic and pain and came away very happy! I would highly recommend this Medic Centre. I would not hesitate to go back. Brilliant staff.
We have visited this Clinic many times for myself, my 18-month-old, and the rest of my family, and it has always been very helpful. Dr. Asif Khan, along with the rest of the doctors and staff, are professional, kind, and reassuring. Dr. Asif Khan is especially patient with young children and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean and well organized, and the staff are always friendly and supportive. We feel confident in the care we receive and highly recommend this clinic.
Dr Gaj Swamy done a fantastic job removing my Cyst. Everything was explained clearly, and the procedure was carried out so smoothly it put me at my ease. I felt the surgery was well explained before and after and was undertaken very professionally.. it's healed up nicely and has caused no discomfort. A success! I didn't feel any pain, not during or after. Should have seen him earlier! The procedure was better than expected and virtually pain-free. I would recommend Dr Gaj Swamy to all my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Went to see the dermotologist regarding my skin due to a flare up (Dr Gaj Swamy) the appointment did last 25 minutes and the medication which was given was the wrong ones and to top it off he was very keen to get me out and felt the need to pick up my phone to hand it to me with no permission and dropped and cracked my phone I have also asked for a refund due to this which was ONLY £55 and they arent being forthcoming with this Would not recommend this place! better off going to the hospital and waiting to see someone who will actually want to assist/help you! In regards to your response, firstly you can keep the £55 as clearly you guys need it alot more! Im nto worried in the slightest with no financial woes! secondly regarding my mobile device, the screen is needing to be replaced as you dropped and while picking it up WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, as stated i WILL NOT be coming back to the medic clinic under any circumstances! I wont be recommending & will advise people to look else where!
This is a fantastic service. Practice is run by professional friendly staff who greet you with a smile and put you at ease Immediately. I had a same day appointment and 1 week later an Ultrasound. It’s a great shame to say that given the present state of the NHS I would have been waiting many months for the same test. For the service you receive and the peace of mind it gives you the cost is very reasonable. Thank you to the Doctors and Staff of the clinic for your Professionalism and first class Patient service.
Always a pleasant experience from start to finish! The reception staff are very helpful and responsive. The GP’s are very knowledgable, give you a proper appointment and explain their diagnosis. You can get an appointment at very short notice too! Very impressed and highly recommend this practice.
Visited clinic to discuss blood tests results following concerns regarding my health following a bout of Covid19. The doctor was very understanding and took time to discuss the results and my concerns. Fortunately there were no significant problems and the meeting was reassuring and helpful and a treatment plan was agreed. Would recommend anyone who feels the need to see. GP. Fees are very reasonable too!
I was unable to get an appointment at my local GP, I dread calling them, because the receptionists are rude, they think they own the surgery , was on call wait for 1 hour, was told no appointments for the day, I gave up after 1 hour. I called up medic clinic answered straight away, in a polite and courteous manner, was given an appointment same day and seen by the doctor who listened, examined and advised and prescribed very quick and easy IF ONLY THE NHS WAS LIKE THIS.
I have no hesitation in recommending the GP and Physiotherapy services at The Medic Clinic to anyone, especially those of you who need help or answers quickly. I was unable to see my NHS GP so this was a great service to be able to access and the cost was less than I had expected.
