“Will is the best physiotherapist I have ever used. I had been suffering with ankle pain for the last 10 years as I have Osteochondritis dissecans in my ankle. Following surgery to clear up the damaged area, I decided to trust Will with my recovery. When I went to the clinic 6 weeks post surgery I was on crutches with no muscle left in my left leg and my ankle joint had seized up completely. I felt like I had no way of recovering. After 6 weeks (weekly sessions) I can now walk without crutches, my range of motion is back to normal in my ankle and all of my muscle has come back. In my sessions he used the amazing PEMF and Indiba machines, in addition to deep tissue massage to activate and get blood flow to my muscles that I couldn’t work myself. He explained everything in great detail which made me feel relaxed and he gave me a variety of exercises to do at home. Will is the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind person I have used out of several physiotherapists in Bedfordshire and I’ll never use anyone else in the future. Thanks again Will!”

Oliver made the time for me and gave good care in office and out of office to ensure that I was given the right tools, help and support to be able to get back running again as previously I could not without pain. “Had some serious problems with my neck, pain and no movement. In the past from massage and acupuncture he was able to 95% resolve in 1 session. Recently I had some problems with my eyes, very sensitive to light, feeling always very tired and it felt so tense. I explained the issues to the owner and he gave me acupuncture which helped significantly. Now the light sensitivity seems to have gone away. I think it was caused by stress or tension which was resolved with the treatment.”

I’ve dealt mostly with Denise, who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help & make sure all my medications are ordered and dispensed correctly. I have a complex health condition and this support is truly invaluable! I know I can pick up the phone, and at a moments notice, there will be happiness and help on the end! They offer free delivery of medications too which helps enormously when I am too unwell to collect my medication. The drivers are always happy and helpful. There’s never been a time that I’ve dealt with someone in the pharmacy and left unhappy with the service. Whether it’s a vaccination, repeat meditation or an off-the-shelf item, theres always someone happy to help and the service is 10/10!! The pharmacy itself is usually clean and tidy and free of clutter too! There is convenient parking outside the front which helps I would highly, highly recommend this pharmacy and give huge thanks to all of the team who make the (sometimes arduous) task of medication taking, that little bit easier and nicer”

“These have been our vets since we first got our Chocolate Labrador Willow in 2014 as a puppy and throughout our time using them, they have been amazing. Not only did we use them for our usual check ups and vaccination boosters, but we used them for Willows operations including spaying and recently for lumpectomies, and they have been great! Recently we used them for support with exporting Willow to our new home in Dubai and they have been so so supportive with all the documentation requirements, often having to do things multiple times due to unclear instructions from the export agent, but every time they have been friendly, professional and proactive in their timings on providing updated documents.
