   After having a really bad experience at another private scanning company, I was really anxious about booking somewhere else, but we have had such a good experience with Ultrasound Direct Bedford that I've actually been multiple times during my pregnancy! We've had two reassurance scans, a gender scan and a growth scan and the staff have been so helpful and supportive at all of them. We have left every appointment feeling so much lighter, with brilliant images and measurements and peace of mind. The gender scan was particularly special and we've always felt the sonographers were genuinely invested and happy for us. I highly recommend the ladies at Ultrasound Direct Bedford, they have restored my faith and not once have I felt rushed or judged or worried about a thing. They've got it just right.

   I’ve been here twice. Once at 16 weeks and the other at 24 weeks. First time was for my gender reveal, they had an issue with staff however they were very open, and got it sorted quickly with great communication. Once we arrived the lady was lovely, she was very discreet and we genuinely had no idea what we were having and the experience was overall fantastic and later that day the gender reveal was everything I hoped it to be because of them. The second time was genuinely no different in terms of the experience! Very welcoming and forthcoming. Was lovely not just to me and my partner but also my two young children, that they engaged in. They informed me of some information about some issues I’ve got that either wasn’t there when I went to the hospital or have occurred since but the way they handled it left me feeling reassured and informed for the next steps. I would highly recommend them especially against other private scan places!!! These people are lovely and the experience is always well appreciated!

   My husband, mum and I attended this location for a gender scan last month and it was fantastic! Very warm welcome by the lovey lady at reception. The lady doing the ultrasound was fantastic, only a 15 minute appointment but she went through everything in lots of detail (made it very reassuring before our 20 week NHS scan!), and checked gender a few times (confirmed again as a little girl at 20 week scan last week). My mum absolutely loved that she got her own photos of her first grandchild in addition to the ones we were given. :) Wonderful experience, we will definitely be returning for another scan later in pregnancy!
