Jane was an incredibly important and integral part to our child birthing experience. From doula to hypnobirthing Jane took us on a journey that isn’t one readily conveyed in popular culture or in sometimes outdated medical research. She taught us that we have complete ownership and control over the birthing process, and as a couple we could decide on the childbirth we wanted. There’s no one right answer, for us a natural childbirth with no medical interventions on a midwife led unit was was we wanted - and it’s exactly what we got. Jane’s coaching helped my partner deliver our first child in 2 hours, with only a minor suture and a baby as peaceful and tranquil as you could ever wish for. Whatever the chosen route for childbirth, its impossible to think some time with Jane won’t be beneficial. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and thankful for what she did for us.

Hypnobirthing classes with Jane were fantastic, gave us the tools to go into labour with confidence and positivity. They also gave me a real focus in the lead up to labour keeping very calm and relaxed. I could focus on breathing techniques and how to zone out when needed. Although labour did not go to any plan I found the Hypnobirthing techniques particularly helpful in the early stages. Not only that but the class gave us the confidence to question the decisions that were being made, particularly useful for my husband who took control when I was zoning out. I have also found since birth that I have found myself using the breathing techniques to relax and focus. Thank you Jane for all your help we really enjoyed the classes!

Jane was amazing from the moment I contacted her regarding the course. I have a 11year old son already and had experienced a difficult labour with him. So I wanted to try hypnobirthing.
