“I had my implant removed by a lovely woman called Gladys and she was absolutely amazing! From the initial phone consultation right up to me leaving the clinic she was tremendously warm and friendly and made me feel super comfortable despite being extremely frightened and anxious! the removal was quick and painless and I was kept well informed the entire time of what was going on. There was another gentlemen present and helping who, unfortunately I did not get the name of, but he was also extremely cheerful and compassionate and had a great attitude! A big shoutout to these amazing ladies Hayleigh M, Mariam A and Shaswati. What a fantastic team! The team were calm, extremely courteous, patient, professional and had a wealth of information to share about our pearly whites. They didn’t rush or cut corners to move onto the next patient. I have always got five star service. When I try to get appointment I do have to wait but I put that down to their quality of service hence so everyone wants to make sure they are seen properly.
