   Prabs has done our mortgages for over 12 years now. The hard choice was made at beginning, when comparing him with other brokers, and he came across as more diligent, better organised, and cutting straight through the chase. The easy choice was just to renew with him over the years. In our last renewal, the bank messed up and "forgot to press a button" and the rates went up 3-fold in that short timespan. Prabs was on them like a dog on a bone and I got my deal back-dated to the terms agreed 3 months earlier. I'm not surprised to see so many good reviews so well done Prabs. Keep up the good work!
