They were lovely & reassuring. On the day the receptionist really encouraged & settled me as she could see I was nervous. The extraction was performed by Mr Yasser Safdar. & it was done brilliantly. He was kind & gentle & talked to me throughout about the process so I was distracted. I can honestly say that apart from the needle, I actually never felt a thing when the tooth was pulled. It happened so quickly & the after care by his assistant was great. What a lovely caring friendly team at Etwall & Mr Safdar was amazing. I would definitely recommend them & in fact best dentist appointment I have ever had.”
