   Very disappointed with the level of communication from Dr Tanzeel and the practice. I contacted the practice last week specifically asking for advice before committing to a dental plan, as it is not cheap and ties you in for a year. I made it clear I needed clarity on whether the plan would actually benefit me, particularly as I was told I may need at least 12 teeth removed and it was unclear whether implants would even be an option in my case. Given the potential costs involved (implants being extremely expensive), this information was essential before making a decision. Unfortunately, the communication was poor and my questions were not properly addressed, leaving me without the clarity I requested. For something involving significant long-term commitment and potentially £20k+ of treatment, I expected far better communication and transparency.

   I needed an emergency appointment as I don't currently have a dentist. They got me in on the same day which was great. They were polite and friendly on the reception desk, and after a short wait I was seen by Dr Ahmad. He was very calm and friendly and put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly so that I was aware of exactly what was happening. I have some dentist anxiety but he put that at ease with his demeanor. Would definitely recommend this dentist if you have a fear of dentists/dental treatment

   Best dentist I’ve been too! Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely new waiting room. Went for a clean and fillings. Dentist made me feel at ease and spoke to me throughout my appointment to make sure I was comfortable. Very professional, fully recommend and will be back soon

   Compelled to give this practice another 5 stars after once again fantastic service. I had dental pain whilst on holiday returned to the UK last night and given an appt the morning after , Dr Rehman was caring and helped me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly and treatment completed with no issues . Highly recommend

   Partner just rang us as he was on the phone to 111 last night and has been advised to speak to a dental practice within 24 hours. 111 provided us with 2 practices, the first one being here. The woman on the phone was so rude and abrupt. Didn’t give chance for my partner to speak. All he needed was a bit of advice and because they were fully booked they wouldn’t hear anything else from him and told him to speak to someone else! Surly you should be providing us with different dentals we could try…? We are not from derby so we don’t know where anything is or any rentals near by. I hope that woman really a learns how to speak to patients as we came off the phone in shock.

   Absolutely amazing, I have never been more at ease for a dental procedure. I have autism and ADHD and never have I found a dental practise so welcoming and understanding. They listened to what I needed and adapted accordingly. No pain, clear instructions, friendly staff and very prompt appointments. I’m one of the most nervous patients but I would happily go back again. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
