   Yesterday morning 13/12/22 @ 08:24 I knocked and walked in at your dental practice outlet and found two ladies sitted comfortably, one of the lady bigger and older than the other one didn't even wait for me to say anything she immediately shouted, "WE ARE NOT TAKING IN ANY PATIENTS ". it shocked me and I asked her "sorry" she said go back outside and close the door its too cold for me. I thought maybe there was an emergency and walked back outside and knocked from outside, the pretty younger one with dark hair acknowledged and with her hand asked me to come in. The bigger RUDE one shouted again, "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I lost words and stood there frozen for a second. She looked at me with a stern angry face and said WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY PATIENTS. I said "Okay" and walked out dumbfolded. She immediately rose up and before I left completely, as I was still confused standing outside with what had just happened , she banged and locked the main door loudly. Moreover I had closed it not like I had left it open, and since its a glass see through door and window one from outside could see everything. I left a VERY VERY disappointed and shocked person. Even if one is going through a bad day at work they shouldn't be that RUDE AND MEAN. I honestly found it veeeeeery hard to believe that is someone in hospitality acting that RUDE. That was a VERY VERY embarrassing ordeal and even if you are fully booked and you have enough money there is NO need to be rude to others. Plus you didn't even know what I needed. Be polite and kind it doesn't cost a thing. To whoever it concerns; the timings and date are correctly mentioned you can follow it up and see what am talking about. Am sure you also have CCTVs at your premises that can proof her actions since she was visibly agitated by my presence. Sad Sad VERY VERY SAD !!!. This kind of people still exist in 2022.

   I have been a patient for a few years and I am very nervous,especially if I am having an extraction. This morning Deepak removed my wisdom tooth and I felt nothing,normally I would feel something.He is the first dentist in 50 years that I have felt comfortable with.Chloe the receptionist made me feel less anxious too.

   I have been attending Derby House Dental Practice pretty regularly for many years. I have come across some lovely dentist. But today I had my second appointment with Preeti Chaudhary. I had many concerns about my teeth, for the first time I felt listened too. I can honestly say this is more than a job to her. Her patient satisfaction is paramount. I feel I've struck gold with this dentist. Thank you I'm so pleased with the care I received today. I now feel confident that I'm under the care of someone who generally wants to do her best for her patients.

   Haven't been able to get appointments and they cancel on you all the time saying their dentists are leaving. I wonder why??? The receptionist is snotty and rude, has no customer service whatsoever. Avoid this place and do it yourself, it's about the same level of professionalism.
