Hannah did a thorough examination of my ears, cleaned them out with Microsuction and provided me with some very useful advice to treat my ear problem. My elderly mother, Joyce changed to this practice only a few years ago as she had been a patient at Wetmore Road surgery for most of her life. “I received the highest standard of care from start to finish at the Nuffield Derby Hospital. I needed two separate operations due to hip dysplasia and needed to stay in hospital for two nights following both surgeries. From the first consultation with Mr Stephen to recovering post op on the ward, I was treated with kindness and compassion by an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and caring team. The wonderful nursing and health care staff work extremely hard and they ensured I was as comfortable and pain free as possible, which meant I was soon having physio with the brilliant physiotherapists. “I was seen by Mr Chawdhary for a removal of a BCC at the beginning of the year. I was made to feel welcome by the team and the treatment options and costs explained thoroughly. After removal of the lesion, he organised for a pathology report, which he reported back to me swiftly. The after care and reassurance I received was superb. Having been informed by the NHS that I would have a very lengthy wait for treatment after already waiting a year for a consultation, I am extremely happy that he was able to see me so quickly. It has moved to Uttoxeter New Rd and Friar gate Derby and i was there back in 2012 and itis run by the NHS it can take about 3/ 4 weeks for am appointment you either phone them up or go by your doctor but they are great”
