   I visited Hannah after having problems with a blocked, muffled ear for a few months. Hannah did a thorough examination of my ears, cleaned them out with Microsuction and provided me with some very useful advice to treat my ear problem. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and she was very professional and friendly throughout. She answered all my questions and provided reassurance to my concerns about my ear.    I had a great experience at the Derby Ear Clinic. Hannah was incredibly professional and managed to fit me in the same day when I mentioned I was having discomfort. She took the time to explain what might be causing the issue and gave me a leaflet with really helpful information.    My 14yr old performance swimmer has been experiencing ear problems for a few months, so we decided to go for customised ear moulds and Derby Ear Clinic was recommended to us. Aside of the need for ear moulds, she has also experienced blocked ears due to wax. Hannah assisted with both these services and I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. Hannah provides a first class, friendly, personal, attentive service, striving for excellence in all that she does.    Hannah was so helpful and reassuring, she is so knowledgeable and has lots of experience in this field of expertise.
