I had my first visit today and met Dr. Davinia, who was absolutely lovely. I had a consultation followed by my first treatment, and she made the whole experience so comfortable. She was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!
I was impressed after reading the reviews on here, so was keen to get in touch. I could not see on their website if they offered eyebrow hair transplants so sent an enquiry. I received an automated message on WhatsApp that someone would be calling me, but I replied advising I was at work so could it be via message. No reply. The following day I receive a message from an employee called Sally saying they do not provide this service but offered hair stimulation treatment. I advised I did not want this as it was an area of no growth, so needed a transplant. I asked if their surgeons could signpost me to any other practices (as you would assume reputable surgeons have a network of other surgeons or practices). I received a reply saying they could not help. Left disappointed, I spent time finding another practice for the treatment. Over a week later, I receive an email from Facial Perfection advising that they have passed on my details to the hair clinic team and they will be in touch shortly, indicating they could offer the treatment. I replied advising that I was confused by the email as Sally had already advised you did not provide this treatment and could not sign post me. That was over a week ago and no response. Since then, I have been receiving emails and WhatsApp messages with their offers for facial treatment (which I have not enquired about). I am not only disappointed by the poor level of customer service, but also concerned that they are using my data for marketing.
First time visiting today, had a great consultation followed by a treatment. Friendly staff and Dr Davinia was absolutely fantastic.
Dr Divinia is amazing, she’s so knowledgeable and calm. I’ve had Botox a few times and it’s always hurt a little bit but with Divinia I barely felt a thing.
Highly recommend Dr Davinia, very professional ans always gives sound advice. I have been coming here for a while now and Dr Davinia is always attentive and provides the highest level of care and service.
Just arrived home after my first treatment with Dr Davina at Facial Perfection. I am unbelievably happy with the result of today’s treatment. I have had various treatments elsewhere before but this has been my best experience so far. Reception staff are lovely and welcoming and the clinic is extremely clean. Dr Davina is knowledgeable, patient, professional but friendly and put me completely at ease. I will most definitely be returning to see Dr Davina again. Thanks so much.
Cannot recommend Dr Davinia and her team enough. From my first discussions with the team on the front desk all the way through to deciding to go through with treatment, everyone was professional, friendly and reassuring. I'm so pleased with the results and would not entertain anywhere else for botox.
After doing a lot of research into the procedure I wanted to have to correct asymmetry on the left side of my face and excess skin on my eyes which was affecting my peripheral vision on my left eye I decided on Dr Javiad….well all I can say is it was the best choice I could have made his knowledge and skill as a surgeon is truly amazing I could not be happier with the results and it’s only been 1 week and I’ve been told it will only continue to look better as the weeks go by. He has a wonderful team who are so warm and welcoming and truly care about your results, recovery and well being thank you all.
Dr Davinia is lovely, she put me completely at ease for some botox treatment. I felt in very capable hands as she comes from a highly trained medical background and explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend!
I had the start of my first ever treatments two weeks ago on my lips, and today went back for my finished result. To say how impressed I was on the whole experience is a understatement. Dr.Davina was fantastic, she explained the whole procedure in detail, I was made to feel so comfortable, and welcome,and the end result is beyond what I hoped for, you can see how passionate she is about her work. I highly recommend her and will not be going anywhere else.
