I've been using the sugar waxing services at Natural Waxing Ltd for several years now. The lady who works there is lovely and makes me feel so comfortable - there is absolutely no AWKWARDNESS. I've never had a wax done as QUICK AS THIS, I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes (this is for intimate waxing). The establishment is clean and beautifully decorated - I feel relaxed in every appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I am always pleased with the quick service and the fantastic results. I've heard nothing but compliments about the Hammam that they do, and this is definitely something on my to-do list in 2025!

My first sugar wax and I was nervous and flustered after a stressful day, arriving late, sweaty after having a car breakdown and running up and down like a headless chicken hence I was embarrassed however the lady was kind, bubbly and friendly and put me at ease. She fitted me in after I missed my appointment and accommodated for my little girl who was tired and moody. Overall it was a positive experience and very fast. The results are top quality- I am now very smooth with zero irritation to my sensitive skin. Not painless but less than other wax methods and any pain quickly subsides. Amazing!Excellent value for money- I really look forward to going back to try some other services on offer in particular the Hamam and facials. 5 stars are simply not enough! Sisters S and A were brilliant! The service was second to none, prices were beyond reasonable and they were ever so hospitable in accomodating my unusual requests. I booked the hammam, massage and organic facial. Sister S makes you feel at ease for all the shy ladies out there and the massage left me on cloud nine! Sister A's facial was awesome for my pigmentation and her technique is one I have missed. I will most certainly make it a regular visit Insha'Allah and wish them barakah and Al Afiyah. I have been coming here since December 2020, even moved back to London and I still travel once a month to get my sugaring and hamam done. My hair growth has slowed down exceptionally. I would also recommend buying her home hamam kit, it has done wonders for my skin. I’ve never looked back since coming here. Her products are amazing, her lash serum have given me amazing results. Also, her masks are amazing they’ve lightened all my pigmented areas. Shes efficient when she sugars and leaves you with a clean finish.
I have been looking for a salon for waxing as a different salon seriously let me down. I read the reviews for natural waxing and was very suspicious of people saying waxing was pain free or less painful but decided to attend anyway. My suspicions were wrong! It was less painful and bareable, where as before I'd have bright red skin/plucked chicken effect after, lots of flinching, jaw clenching etc, this time we were just chatting away, it was super quick too despite how much regrowth I had. I was very comfortable at the salon a very good experience all round, I shall definitely be returning - thank you for the great service
