I will never trust another place to do my nails, em and her team are brilliant they are kind attentive, they offer refreshments, small snacks the business is clean/smells good they take good care of their customers. I can definitely say i challenge the people to do my nails I get XXL about (2-3 inches) and the whole process for me can take up to 5 Hours at the most I’m usually their for about 3/4. However the time and the attention they take is outstanding the attention to detail and care doesn’t drop/change, Even as time goes on and I start to get restless and fidget the quality of their work stays the same! Over the years, it’s certainly a place where I’ve become really comfortable, even down to the small things like if I have got a poorly finger if I let them know, they will make sure to be extra careful when doing my nails, especially being somebody who has really long nails. I really struggle to find people to cater to that, even when looking at designs online, a lot of them are short or almond. Whereas hear this so inclusive and so diverse and there are so many different options and things to choose for and they hit the nail on the head every time. Personally, they are that Good that I’ve sat there and waited hours to have my nails done before because I will not go anywhere else, your waiting time varies really if you’ve made an appointment they will get you in as soon as possible. However they do get a lot of walkins. Yes sometimes you can be waiting a while but that is because so many people want to get their nails done and honestly they’re worth the weight. Your waiting time really depends on what time and what day you go there very busy on the weekends and also in the week I like to go during the week and I usually try and get there rather early or later on at night usually between the hours of 10 and four there rather busy, but it does slow down. But honestly, I cannot recommend this place anymore. They are brilliant.”

“I was bought a Renew and Revitalise package as a birthday gift. After reading the reviews I was concerned about what to expect and whether it would be open. Upon arrival everyone was very friendly and we were shown around the spa facilities. The hot tub was clean and wonderfully warm despite being in the open air. The sauna had been rearranged and tidied up from the photos I had seen on a review and the steam room definitely had plenty of steam. We both chose a facial which was out of this world, so relaxing I would definitely recommend it. The ladies explained the treatment and were very professional. We were lucky to choose a day when there were two of them on so were able to have the treatment side by side. Everywhere in the Spa area was very clean. We didn’t venture into the outdoor pool but it looked great. We then had an afternoon tea with plenty of tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and attentive and provided a box to take home what we couldn’t eat. They presented me with a small birthday cake treat which was a lovely gesture. All in all a wonderful birthday treat.”

The girls had the most amazing time being pampered from start to finish, it truly made them feel so special. Sienna and Emma were incredible with the kids: so patient, kind, and attentive to every little detail. They made sure each child felt included and had the best experience. They helped me set up decorations and cutting the cake, so helpful and kind. The whole event was fun, relaxed, and beautifully organised. “Sharp haircuts at reasonable prices. I’ve been using Namig’s Hair Salon for over 14yrs now - never had a bad hair cut or wet shave. Namig himself is super friendly and courteous as well as being a fine barber. I get a clipped cut and wet-shave using the cut-throat razor and wonderful hot towels. My head is massaged, the shave is super smooth and he also tends to aberrant eyebrows and nose hairs. Once the obligatory flaming ear procedure is done (no ears were burned in the making of this feedback) it’s time for a final temple and neck massage and being sprayed with fabulous smelling preparations. Wifey enjoys me smelling good as much as my shave and haircut. This is an 11/10 experience. Namig is a gentleman and scholar.”

Two afternoon passes with high tea and two additional treatments for my son. From the moment we walked in we were treated royally by all the staff. The spa staff were very accommodating with this last-minute change. ​My therapist, Hannah, was fantastic. From the back massage to the facial, she was an absolute professional.
