   Hi, I recently came to this salon for the first time and had a pedicure, and I just have to say it was lovely. The staff were friendly and had good hospitality. Highly recommend this place over most salons in Derby, as it's a nice contrast in environment compared to the in-and-out, highly uninteractive salons that I've been used to. You know, I'm not trying to knock those places, but I just definitely think that this salon feels more comfortable and like more... The staff are just more down to earth and make you really feel at home. Definitely recommend, definitely coming back. Thank you again.

   Excellent treatment from two professional ladies. Made me and my daughter feel very welcome and relaxed. Very peaceful and calming music played whilst we enjoyed a deep tissue back scrub and massage and Indian head massage and foot massage. NCP carpark directly opposite too and only a 5 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend.

   Thank you Kerri for the highly professional and friendly service yesterday. Trust me the massage was well above expectations in fact it was fantastic. As I explained I suffer from a degenerative spine and arthritis in my knees on a daily basis. Remarkably your massage has taken away my pain in fact it’s unbelievable. My physiotherapist cannot believe how I can now completely do my exercises. Thanks

   I have been getting my treatments from Kerri and Venus beauty for a long time now and I have found that they have been very friendly and accommodating. I have a problem being around people because of my mental problems but because the atmosphere in the shop is very friendly and they always welcome me with a smile I am comfortable there. The treatments they give are very relaxing and very much worth the money. The shellac polish last me at least 3 weeks. I will definitely carry on go to see them.

   Had a 1 hour back massage by Kerri. Ive had a number of massages before but this was one of the best ive ever had! Lovely staff, lovely decor. Would definately recommend. Was late for my appointment but they were very accomodateing. Will definately visit again. A little Gem.

   Purchased a mani pedi through groupon.Upon booking in I was told that the treatment would last an hour. Staff were friendly but took 2 hours !!!! Noticed after putting on my shoes that toes were sticking so took off socks and discovered that the shellac on my feet was sticky and had half come off/not painted on correctly. Popped back to the salon and the manager was very apologetic but as I did not have time to have it redone she offered me a free manicure so was booked in for that. Fast forward just two days and my shellac Mani started chipping off so contacted the salon by phone this time. The manager could not have been more helpful and helped me process a refund by comfirming that I had in fact not had the treatment.Conclusion : The treatment took double the time it was suppose to but was strangely still not done correctly or fit for purpose. If you want to waste your money there's much more enjoyable ways to do it !!!!
