“Amazing service! I will never trust another place to do my nails, em and her team are brilliant they are kind attentive, they offer refreshments, small snacks the business is clean/smells good they take good care of their customers. I can definitely say i challenge the people to do my nails I get XXL about (2-3 inches) and the whole process for me can take up to 5 Hours at the most I’m usually their for about 3/4. However the time and the attention they take is outstanding the attention to detail and care doesn’t drop/change, Even as time goes on and I start to get restless and fidget the quality of their work stays the same! Over the years, it’s certainly a place where I’ve become really comfortable, even down to the small things like if I have got a poorly finger if I let them know, they will make sure to be extra careful when doing my nails, especially being somebody who has really long nails. I really struggle to find people to cater to that, even when looking at designs online, a lot of them are short or almond. Whereas hear this so inclusive and so diverse and there are so many different options and things to choose for and they hit the nail on the head every time. Personally, they are that Good that I’ve sat there and waited hours to have my nails done before because I will not go anywhere else, your waiting time varies really if you’ve made an appointment they will get you in as soon as possible. However they do get a lot of walkins. Yes sometimes you can be waiting a while but that is because so many people want to get their nails done and honestly they’re worth the weight. Your waiting time really depends on what time and what day you go there very busy on the weekends and also in the week I like to go during the week and I usually try and get there rather early or later on at night usually between the hours of 10 and four there rather busy, but it does slow down. But honestly, I cannot recommend this place anymore. They are brilliant.”

She does my eye brows perfect every time, she suggested I try waxing my upper which i was very worried about because I had some bad experience at a previous salon but she was made me overcome my fear and did a great job that I will do it again and always make sure to book Iram.
