“I've been a customer of Kate's Clothing for years. This is the only website that I will use to buy my clothes, hair dye, etc. Not only does Kate's clothing have the cheapest prices compared to others, there's always great deals in the clearance section, and such amazing sales. There's also free returns which is I think every website should have. Lastly, Kate herself always gives such great customer service and I really appreciate that.”

“Dropped into “Threadz” today. Going to a party with a Glastonbury/festivals dress code and had no idea what to wear- but definitely wouldn’t have anything suitable in my current wardrobe..! Danny (the shop owner) was amazing. He obviously understood the brief!! And found me some great items including a very ‘loud’ shirt to go over and band’s t-shirt. It’s a real treasure trove of cool clothes and gear. Definitely drop in if you’re in Derby. Worth adding that Sadler Gate is a nice street to wander along too.”

I visited the store and was greeted by Lee.. there was no pressure just a friendly hello and an offer of help if I needed it. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. I didn't feel pressured at any point and was left to deliberate when needed. I could of spent ages trying different things with an offer of a drink, but I knew what I wanted and Lee helped me make it a reality. I will definitely be returning for another suit from him.”

“Visited the Shuropody at Derbion on Sunday with my mum. We were looking for a pair of comfortable non slip sandals for holiday and after very many try ons we found the perfect pair at an amazing price. The shop assistant who served us (Maryam) was an absolute gem! Super polite and patient even though it was a struggle finding what we were looking for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the product as well. We will be back for shoes/boots in the winter time. Thank you for the excellent service. 5/5 ⭐️ all around”

My only issue is that for a shop that caters to the larger ladies, it's a bit of a tight squeeze to get through the shop without snagging your clothes on a hanger or rail. But other than that it's great.”

“Went to get headlight bulb changed, was seen to straight away. Was given options of just one bulb or replace both with brighter bulbs and they come with 1 year warranty, so if they go, they'll be replaced free and at any Halfords store that offers the fitting service. So for £25 I thought it was a good deal.”
