In my order they sent one wrong size in error so I phoned customer service, the phone was answered right away by a lovely lady, and the correct size was immediately dispatched without further ado. I also had to exchange one pack for a bigger size, and that too was problem free. Highly recommended on all fronts.”

“I was struggling to find a dress suitable for a river cruise later this year so thought I’d call in. I’ve made copious online purchases only to return them all. I was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble with the wonderful sales assistant suggesting alternative options. The changing room meant I could take my mum in and she had a comfortable space and seat to offer a second opinion too. The dress I decided on was in the sale, in fact it was a real bargain which then meant I could add extra accessories on too, of which they have many (sandals, shoes, bags, jewellery, fascinators, all sorts), all are lovely in their own right. They have lots of lovely dresses, skirts, shrugs, boleros etc even sparkly jeans, so many lovely things. Many items are reasonably priced, given quality and detail, and I was also informed that there is usually a sale rail. If you have a wedding, party, occasion or just want to find something lovely to add to your wardrobe I really would urge you to give them a try. Thank you so much for all your help today xx”
