   Sadly, I couldn’t buy anything from Hobbs, but I loved their customer service. What a great service even though they know we only came for a scarf.    I purchased a dress for my son's wedding, I have to say the staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful, the clothes are really nice. I had to go back a few days later to get the dress changed for a shorter one, my fault I should have ordered the petite one, again a different member of staff but equally as lovely and helpful, would highly recommend Hobbs especially if you have a special occasion.

   I would like to say thanks to Janet K. at Hobbs - Derby. She has excellent customer service. Janet was able to locate a dress on line that I needed for a special family event . With her help, I have since purchased the dress. Janet went over and beyond to locate the dress and I am forever grateful!

   Excellent customer service from Janet this morning. The store was so busy and she was “juggling” constant customer requests for sizes, shoes and dresses. The genuine pleasure and smile she had in helping everyone, simultaneously, was outstanding. She was beyond helpful. Hobbs, be proud of your team member.    I cannot rate this store highly enough. Following a recent illness and subsequent lack of confidence I was in need of a special dress for a very special occasion. Both Janet and Julie could not have been more attentive and indeed empathetic to my unique needs and situation. They took the trouble to go that extra mile to advise on underwear and shoes, steamed my items for me and Janet even sought advise from a nearby seamstress. Anyone needing a first class service from genuinely caring staff need look no further than this store - fabulous.
