   I stopped by Goose in Ashby for the first time on Saturday while passing through the area, and it was honestly one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. The shop assistant spoke to me in a sarcastic and dismissive tone, asking if I was “okay with their brand.” I found the comment rude and completely unnecessary. If this is how they treat new customers, I have no interest in ever returning.

Everyone is so welcoming and engaging it makes for a lovely shopping experience. Also you get to choose from items that are more unique and so it makes your wardrobe feel different.

   Love the brands and quality of the ranges at both Goose and The Dressing Room. Helen, Carol and Alison are always on hand to offer alternatives and find sizes. Friendly and chatty service without bombarding you with their advice. You feel free to try on with no pressure to buy. Which can be a rarity in boutiques. A good mix of pieces to suit a range of budgets and styles. With new items added regularly. I pop in every time I'm visiting Ashby :)
