“The most gorgeous little shoe shop. Our friend recommended it to have our toddlers feet measured and we've been back repeatedly. The brands they carry are fab, many made in Britain and their customer service is fantastic. They are really patient with our little one who is now a whizz at getting his feet measured by their wonderful team. We'll be back again soon!”

I visited the store and was greeted by Lee.. there was no pressure just a friendly hello and an offer of help if I needed it. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. I didn't feel pressured at any point and was left to deliberate when needed. I could of spent ages trying different things with an offer of a drink, but I knew what I wanted and Lee helped me make it a reality. I will definitely be returning for another suit from him.”

We were looking for a pair of comfortable non slip sandals for holiday and after very many try ons we found the perfect pair at an amazing price. The shop assistant who served us (Maryam) was an absolute gem! Super polite and patient even though it was a struggle finding what we were looking for. “I went in here to look at some new casual shoes for myself &ended up coming out with two pairs as both reduced in price.Both have small wedge effect heals one in black leatherette with bar fastening of velcro,the second is navy blue canvas with elastic side inserts to help with slip on style.Very pleased with choice&staff were very pleasant & helpful.”

“I went for a gait analysis today and was very happy with the service. I was served by Mary who is very knowledgeable and gave plenty of good advice on what shoes would be best for me as I’m training for my first half marathon and have not ran further than 10km before. The gait analysis results were explained clearly and I was able to try on a variety of different shoes and felt I could take my time and there was no pressure to buy and I settled on a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I was also given advice on nutrition and how to keep my energy levels up during longer distance runs with energy gels/bars so also got a sample pack of some flapjacks and will return to get some bars or gels during my training and for race day! Running Form is a lovely small business, and it’s clear those working there are knowledgeable about all things running! I’d recommend paying them a visit whether you’re just starting out with running or have completed multiple ultras!”

This is the only website that I will use to buy my clothes, hair dye, etc. Not only does Kate's clothing have the cheapest prices compared to others, there's always great deals in the clearance section, and such amazing sales. There's also free returns which is I think every website should have. Lastly, Kate herself always gives such great customer service and I really appreciate that.”
