Worst experience. Noone to attend and support if shoes needed for men or kids (down floor). We need to come and call them everytime and all the sales reps are sitting on Top floor and chatting.

I recently bought a pair of shoes, and overall, I'm quite happy with them. They look good, feel comfortable, and seem well-made. The fit is perfect for my size, and I can wear them for long periods without discomfort. I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend them to others.

Came in with my mum who struggles to walk. I explained this to the lady and asked if she could help my mum with some slippers and shoes and she just pointed to where they would be. Then went off talking with the staff again. Not helpful at all. Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is almost completely non-existent. If that's not an issue, you then have a decent collection of reasonably priced footwear with similar quality. Got our son welly (wellington boots) from here based on school uniform requirement. Did the job and our son was quite happy with the design.

Clean layout of shop but impossible to find someone to help. Only the cashier was on view with a big line of customers. Left without buying the boots that I wanted because I was not going to keep standing in a line for every question that I had.

There is a good range of cheap to moderately expensive footwear here. Great for school shoes , summer sandals and winter boots, they carry brand names like sketchers and also have handbags, slippers and shoe care accessories.

The staff here were great except for one member of staff who lied to my son. A member of staff had made the effort to look on the system for a size 7 shoe that we needed and told us there were 4 in stock, she then told us to go and ask a lady downstairs. The lady downstairs in the store cupboard could not be bother to even look for the shoes and told our son that there were none in stock. I would have given the shop a lesser rating but it wouldn't of been fair on the other 2 ladies who were outstanding at there jobs and gave great customer service!

I went in here to look at some new casual shoes for myself &ended up coming out with two pairs as both reduced in price. Both have small wedge effect heals one in black leatherette with bar fastening of velcro, the second is navy blue canvas with elastic side inserts to help with slip on style.Very pleased with choice&staff were very pleasant & helpful.
