Came to Clark's today to buy my 9 month old son his first pair of shoes. We were greeted warmly by a lady with long dark hair who showed us to take a ticket from the machine for measuring. A short time later a lady with long brown hair and glasses called our number. She measured my sons feet, which he loved, and recommended some shoes. We knew the selection would be limited as my son's feet are still very small, but the lady helped us find a suitable pair and assessed how he walked in them. All round, an excellent experience for us and the service from these two ladies was fabulous. Thank you.
Choice of shoes for seniors is limited. I needed a smart looking, robust slip on for the winter. I have a pair I bought many years ago that are still going strong even if they do look 'past it'. However, choice today is simply not there! I left and found a good pair, just what I needed, at a nearby Sketchers store.
I visited with my son and granddaughter to buy school shoes for her. Her feet were measured and various styles were tried but none fitted well. The assistant who served us was very patient and helpful but we left without purchasing any. Sadly it appears the quality and fit of Clarks shoes has declined.
Friendly staff who measures both girls feet. Went in for school shoes and there was a limited range but good shoe shopping experience (usually difficult with kids to get them to try on)
