I visited the store and was greeted by Lee.. there was no pressure just a friendly hello and an offer of help if I needed it. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. I didn't feel pressured at any point and was left to deliberate when needed. I could of spent ages trying different things with an offer of a drink, but I knew what I wanted and Lee helped me make it a reality. I will definitely be returning for another suit from him.”

We were looking for a pair of comfortable non slip sandals for holiday and after very many try ons we found the perfect pair at an amazing price. The shop assistant who served us (Maryam) was an absolute gem! Super polite and patient even though it was a struggle finding what we were looking for. “The most amazing customer service from Shoezone Uttoxeter. I bought the most lovely boots on a fantastic offer, but went up a size due to stock availability. These were also on a BOGOF. I then found the right size online. But no way of swapping them. I went into my local store and they sorted it all out for me. Everyone was super lovely and it was done super quick too. Shop in person, locally people. It's worth it.”

“I went in here to look at some new casual shoes for myself &ended up coming out with two pairs as both reduced in price.Both have small wedge effect heals one in black leatherette with bar fastening of velcro,the second is navy blue canvas with elastic side inserts to help with slip on style.Very pleased with choice&staff were very pleasant & helpful.”

“Great shopping experience today, not been in for ages but the clothing is gorgeous for autumn, lovely short jumpers, really well fitting boot leg jeans and joggers, comfy and warm short jackets. Underwear also good as it always has been. I've never bought so much there's so much autumn choice and most items I got were under £16. Could have done with more variety in the boots , not everyone wants UGG style. Also the sizes are a bit mad, I'm about a size 10 to 12 but everything I bought was extra small and the jeans were 8 so size down if you go. Shout out to the ladies in the changing room who were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Great staff throughout the store and quicker service than elsewhere , River Island take note.”
