“Female staff in here where absolutely amazing. Helped my daughter with the size she needed couldn't ask for better staff in there! I had an experience with a non speaking English Female and her two children who where messing about, while I was trying to get my daughter some shoes the non speaking was banging me. The female staff said she does it lot with other customers today had she been in the third time that day.”

I was attending my brother inlaws wedding on the 15th Feb 2025 and being part of the grooms men we hired tuxedos from hancocks the full process was second to none from the first fitting to collecting and on the day of the wedding my self and my wife realised that a suit for my 8 year old son had not arrived as we ordered ON THE INTERNET VIA INTERNET COMPANY and not in any associated with hancocks upon realising we have not got the suit I contacted Hancocks while only being a few hours before the wedding i told the gentleman the situation over the phone as we was in louth preparing for the wedding and the gentleman said would we be able to make it to the shop as soon as possible as they would be able to help on arrival to the shop of Hancocks the team there while busy with other customers went above and beyond to have a suit fitted and supplied within no time at all for my 8 year old son. The team there really know how to treat customers and they go above and beyond under any pressure put before them. Myself and my wife really appreciated everything they did that day.”
