   Visited the store in Hull today 9 Dec. What a fantastic experience. The Sales chap was in no rush to sell me a wedding suit that I required but took his time in making sure I got exactly what a needed. I'm a big chap but he found exactly what I needed. The staff did a fantastic job and I will be having a slight tailoring job to get the fit perfect. Thank you to all at Slaters , I will be recommending you to all my family and friends

   Excellent customer service all round. I ordered online and was able to return in store, one item was a shirt that I thought I would need the next size up in due to the collar size, but instead they adjusted the button position free of charge immediately which was really helpful. Special mention to Leo the assistant manager who was extremely helpful!

   Excellent personal service both in store and online. Recently went and purchased 3 suits, the store colleague stayed with me for the entire duration of my stay and was extremely helpful. Ordered a few shirts online and they all managed to arrive 18 hours later! Highly recommend..

   Popped in on 25th November around 10.45am to purchase a gift card as a xmas gift for my father in law as i do every xmas and birthday. When I was walking towards the till there was around 8 other customers but for some reason I was blatantly singled out by a member of staff who made a beeline and asked if he could help me which is fair enough but his tone was not appreciated he made me feel as though because I was younger than the other customer, on my own not dressed in formal clothes or whatever that I was someone to watch, pester or whatever. I did mention this to the cashier as well as informing the said colleague as well. This was completely not acceptable customer service and I will not be made to feel like I was in there and for that reason I personally will not be shopping in slaters again. Perhaps training staff people skills and better customer service and to not be so judgemental of people who don't 'fit in' would be the way forward

   Went on a Sunday to acquire a suit for an important works do. Great experience from the sales associate with a blue checked suit and an impressive beard! Nothing was too much trouble, he was there to offer advice but was not in any way pushy. Great ambassador for the store.
