“As I was new to Hull city and I found this place cheaper than other hotels. I must say Glenn is a superb person who finds some time for his guests and deal them with a big smile and big heart. Alan is always there just on one text which is super quick. I love how beautifully they've organized this little place. The main entrance area isn't less than an antique piece of art. Amazing... For me it's 10/5 place to live. It's really near to shopping centre and water fall. Hope to see you guys next week.. thankyou so much for making such a suitable place to live for people like me”

“If you could leave one-hundred stars for The Cop Shop, then I would. We've just moved to the area to a property much larger than where we were. So, we're having to buy lots of new furniture. We'd already bought a fair bit of flat-pack furniture, but nearly ended up getting divorced putting some of it together. Luckily, we didn't and my resourceful wife found The Cop Shop and effectively saved our marriage. Everything at The Cop Shop is already assembled or 95% assembled. And... it's not actually much more expensive, if at all. I'll be honest, there wasn't one single item of furniture in The Cop Shop that I wouldn't have bought if I needed it. Everything is so modern and contemporary. And the quality is amazing. This isn't cheapo rubbish with lousy veneers stuck onto MDF. This is solid and well-made furniture that is going to last. Nicola and Tim who work in the shop are genuinely lovely people who'll make you feel at home in the shop and let you look around, have a natter and answer any questions you have about what they sell. My wife and I were more than happy to spend some money there on some lovely furniture that looks gorgeous in our new home. And we will definitely be back there soon to get a few more items. The Cop Shop is a little hidden gem and if you're on the fence about where to buy quality furniture at REALLY reasonable prices, stop thinking about it and get yourself down there. A gentleman met us at the door (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) guided towards the perfect suit for our daughter’s wedding, suggested colours and accessories, arranged for alterations to be done and made an appointment for us to go back for a fitting. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have a grumpy partner who hates shopping, hand him over to Fallen Hero and let them dress him in the perfect suit, I’m absolutely delighted with the service and quality at this shop. 5 stars all the way.”

They were always very helpful in getting us last minute appointments and listening to his issues. They were very thorough throughout his treatment.
