   Avoid using this company whenever possible. They have excellent sales staff, friendly and smiling, and a very beautiful showroom. I have nothing to complain about there. But their customer service is terrible—phones are always unreachable, emails are only answered sometimes. They always tell you to give them 72 hours, yet they never solve anything. After a month, not any issue was resolved; my patience is exhausted. I ordered three beds; two arrived wrong—either damaged or missing parts. What looked stunning in the showroom arrived as a pile of rubbish, hugely disappointing. Returning them.

   Really not happy with ncf living. They get you to wright a good review before u leave. The after care is shocking . They lied about the sofa and refused to sort it out . They said its perfect sofa for a cat family home . My cats can't even jump on it with out marking it . Went into shop and was called a liar head office called and they was very rude on the phone and was shouting and talking over me . We have had the sofa now for a couple of months and it needs recovering ,glad we got cover on it . Stay away from this place

   Lots of choice, even though we went in and loved the first thing we saw. We bought a sofa and bed from ncf. We were served by Lee @ hull who was amazing. Didn't follow us around and was really lovely and caring. He couldnt do enough for us. We can't wait for our furniture to be delivered. Thank you ncf, were so grateful. This was our first experience purchasing something like this and it was such an amazing first experience x

   We cannot Thank the team at Hull enough. After several visits, the team were always as friendly and knowledgeable as the first time we visited. Special mention to Gerard, our Sales Adviser, he was a pleasure to deal with, not pushy but very helpful. They had plenty of stock available and no 21 week leads times like elsewhere. We will no doubt be back next time we need some extra furniture. Thank you!

   We were looking at a sofa from another shop and we were prepared to pay £1800 for it. We popped into NCF before hand just just have a quick look around and ended up with a sofa, a chair, a TV cabinet and a bed with headboard. We got the lot for £2100. Plus there delivery time is super quick (unlike other sofa places were you wait 12-21weeks). We were able to get get of these things on a 2 year finance plan with 0%! We were served by Mark @Hull who was great and so helpful! Thank you.
