Messed me about for 3mth putting of the job total waste of space doesn't answer calls and messages back when he can be bothered ended up doing the refit headunit and camera myself then blocks you for poor review

Customer service is not the best indeed, but people who know what they are doing and have a good reputation , are very busy, and not always they have the time to answer all yours (sometimes stupid) questions. The shop is for people who want to achieve good results and are passionate about car audio. Not your average garage for speaker or cd player change . For that type of job, you can watch YouTube and do it yourself.
Felt compelled to write a review after seeing the negative ones. Obviously can't comment on their experiences so I have to rate based on my own experience. I bought quite a bit of gear from them, amps, wiring and sub. The sub was going to take longer than estimated date to get to me than quoted from the preorder estimate. The seller got in contact with me via email promptly and offered me a full refund no questions asked or if I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer. I decided to wait as I was in no rush and the item was received and due to the wait was offered a discount off of my next purchase, which they followed through with a considerable discount. Customer service was great in my experience and kept me in the know. Been a pleased customer with great products and the bass still turns heads at car shows from a single 15! Thanks guys will deffo be purchasing again in the future!
Website said open until 6pm. Arrived at 5pm. Note on the door saying call a mobile number. No answer on the mobile number. Waste of time driving 34miles round trip to a closed shop. Went instead to Kingston Car Sound on Neeland Ave the following day. Job booked with them for a great price. Call ahead for Bass Hull Custom to check they are open would be my advice!
