“As I was new to Hull city and I found this place cheaper than other hotels. I must say Glenn is a superb person who finds some time for his guests and deal them with a big smile and big heart. Alan is always there just on one text which is super quick. I love how beautifully they've organized this little place. The main entrance area isn't less than an antique piece of art. Amazing... For me it's 10/5 place to live. It's really near to shopping centre and water fall. Hope to see you guys next week.. thankyou so much for making such a suitable place to live for people like me”

“We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges, let me be clear the hot tub is perfect the lodge is so close to being perfect the bed is not made for 2 people we struggled to fit on the bed, we are the biggest people but it was barley a small double. If you ignore the bed its beutiful the location is great the hot tub is sublime the Caffè on site and staff are wonderful, takeouts in the local area do know where you are thankfully. Maybe one more imporvment a sign outside the campsite just a little roadside one maybe my first day i couldnt find you so easily.”
“Visited here on two separate occasions in two different lodges Spa Evoque and Panoramic. A slight hitch with the first stay meant we returned to see if the Raywell team could redeem themselves and they did this no problem. Big shout out to Danielle Bailey and our hot tub king Carl who made our stay all the better. The hot tub is roasting possibly because on both occasions our weather was fab and we are from Newcastle so used to cold. We managed to catch Carl while he was checking the hot tub and he managed to turn the temperature down two degrees making it absolutely perfect. Great views, comfortable warm lodges. Great spot as a base for exploring the local area. Lovely bistro in case you can't be chewed to self cater. Thanks Raywell team for a fab time on both occasions”
“We have just had a very last minute 4 night break at this fabulous, peaceful, getaway from it all location. Fishing on your door step, for those that do. Bird watching from your veranda, being bamboozled by a species or two ! Easy parking, for that heavy fishing gear ! A nice ramp up the side of the lodge into your kitchen dinning area, clean, tidy and spacious, awesome ! Front room is ideal. Big windows and opening double doors for a nice cross draught. Nice comfy double bed,two singles next door. Nice big bathroom with a good size shower. The entire site is tidy and litter free. The fishing was impacted by the very hot weather, yet I still managed to catch several carp to 7lb+ and a net full of fin perfect small stuff, including some lovely buttery gold rudd. The local CooP is really expensive, so take as much as you can with you. The Bricklayers Arms,,wow,,,good food, good beer and really well priced, wgats more, food is available all day ! Skegness is 40mins away for those who want that seaside experience ! Thank you, thank you to Lakeview Lodges and especially Rachel for making it possible.”
“Excellent place to stay excellent staff very friendly. My daughter and I stayed here absolutely loved it We went in the pool which was super clean and private. Lovely garden and the breakfast is brilliant.”
“A lovely comfortable lodge, very clean, in a wonderful peaceful location, miles away from London, which is a real plus as far as I'm concerned. It did appear as if someone may have sat on the couch before but that's what a couch is intended for. We did a little research before booking our stay so we knew what was around before we arrived. I consider it to have been excellent value for money. Of course, what one person considers good value may not be by someone else. Always worth bearing in mind.”
“Absolutely fantastic job, great workmen, thoroughly delighted, can’t fault anything, highly recommend. Would love to give 10 stars if I could”
“Located near to the centre of Barton upon Humber and a short walk to the pubs and restaurants, and a little further to the river and garden centre. The accommodation has everything you need and a lot more besides. There's a gas BBQ should you fancy a bit of al fresco cooking/dining and a coffee 'pod' machine if you like fancy coffees. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to self cater and has the bonus of a dishwasher. The shower is powerful and is over a bath should you fancy a soak. There's plenty of wardrobe space and the bed is very comfy. A big bonus is having a parking space for one car as parking is at a premium in the town. Oh, and it's dog friendly!”
“The location of the apartment was perfect and we parked across the road - no more than a 5 minute walk. £9.50 for 24 hours was slightly more expensive than other car parks but still cheap in our book! There was no one in the reception area but we had everything we needed and we were also able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time to allow us to then spend the afternoon with family. The apartment was on the top floor so might not be great for people with physical issues. It was warm and comforting and definitely a home away from home. We didn't spend long in the apartment but I'd recommend slippers or slides as the floor is worn and old but in keeping with the character of the house. We'd definitely consider staying there again.”
“Well managed office space, lovely owners who check in and keep in touch and can always be seen. Highly recommended if you're looking for renting a business space.”
“We enjoyed our lovely two night stay. Especially the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Lisa, Nickie, Katie and Spencer for really looking after us. Looking forward to our next visit x”
“recently attended the UKPON Conference held at your hotel and stayed on-site during the event. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received throughout my stay. All members of staff were polite, friendly, and demonstrated excellent customer care and service. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Dominic, who went above and beyond on several occasions. On my first night, when my room was uncomfortably warm, Dominic promptly assisted with sorting out the air conditioning and personally delivered a fan to ensure my comfort. On the second night, while I was at the bar, he kindly arranged for a pizza for other guests after the kitchen had closed – a thoughtful gesture that really showcased his commitment to guest satisfaction. Dominic’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made a positive impact on my stay. He is a real credit to your team and embodies the values of excellent hospitality.”
“Stayed here for one night 1st September for the first time. Great location for us just a minutes walk from train station too. All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.”
“Missus and son were able to go for a walk on the Bridge. Don't linger too long on the bridge though - the cops come and ask if you're ok, just minding your own business having a sit down. I guess there's a lot of jumpers.”
“From reading the reviews I genuinely wasn’t looking forward to it, however we stayed at the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised, the lodge was more modern then the photos showed, it was lovely and clean really couldn’t complain. A man at the site came and filled the hot tub back up the next day, in-fact he left the pipe in case we needed it doing again. Obviously there were little bits of odd jobs that needed doing due to general wear and tear but for the price you really can’t complain. Absolutely would return and recommend.”
“A very pleasant stay. It was quite warm on our arrival but the window was open and a standing fan was already in our room. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. We complemented the cleaning staff on their great work on the way out. Would recommend a room that doesn't face the road as can be quite noisy. Our room was overlooking the carpark and we found it to be very quiet. All in all a good stay.”
“My wife and I found ourselves hungry and tired from walking around the marina area which is a revelation to see it so much changed. (I am 81 tears old and was born in the city of Hull and know a lot about the place). We called in at the hotel to see if we could get a light lunch and were greeted warmly and our dog was welcomed as well. The meal was superb and the pizza was by far the best I had ever been served anywhere. The staff were helpful and the place was warm and clean. We were served by a guy called Adam. We will certainly return. Robin Taylor.”
“Nice stay. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Staff at the carvery are lovely!”
The Beauty Lodge is a beauty salon that provides considerate, timely care. Staff are supportive and easy to approach.
“Could not fault the staff. The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.”
“From the first phone call with Andrew who catered for my requests upon this visist. I Stayed here whilst on a driving course.... The staff were lovely. Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. Well done Village Hull....”
“Hotel is in an excellent location only a few minutes from the station and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. When the air con in my room stopped working they had someone fix it the same day. Room was clean and breakfast as expected. They also have a left luggage which let me explore the morning I was heading back.”
“The lady from the kitchen is a brilliant Help. She helped 2 disabled people while I was eating. Eric is always helpful and very friendly. Really friendly service. Geat food, Great Range, Great value.”
“Absolutely delightful place. Ian greeted me on arrival with a very welcome cuppa. Met Carole and their dog Jasper later, also very friendly. My room was spacious, bright and pretty. Some cute touches here and there. Had a nice evening meal at pub down the road (walking distance) Breakfast was very well catered for little old me! Poached eggs on toast was delicious. After a post brekkie stroll, I had to leave. The house was immaculate everywhere. I only stayed one night but felt like I was saying goodbye to family, so homely for a solo traveller. Highly recommend.”
“What a gem of a place, cosy, quiet, free from traffic, abundance of wildlife, what's not to like.”
