We had a great time. We were very well welcomed by the staff at the reception desk, unfortunately, I did not know his name. The room is very clean. Perfect location with a car park and a shopping center attached. A Very good breakfast is included.

4 adults stayed on Saturday 1st November 2025. Rooms were clean, warm and roomy. Hotel is in a great location. Beds were comfy, breakfast was very nice Communal areas all very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Convenient location close to centre of town and directly next to multi story car park that offers discounted overnight parking for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean, reception staff friendly and helpful. All in all great value for a short break. Only criticism would be some of the breakfast things needed restocking such as bowls, milk etc.

When you come out the station and it’s raining, it’s nice to see the hotel right in front of you. Reception on first floor, need lift up. Nice staff. Room is functional but fine. It was a very simple no frills stay. The breakfast was free, very mediocre but free so fair enough.

Stayed here for one night 1st September for the first time. Great location for us just a minutes walk from train station too. All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.

We arrived by car and park nearby in the adjoining car park close the the entrance. It wasn’t that nice the strong smell of smoke due to the smoking area right next to the entrance. The hotel it’s self was good nice clean room. The only thing we had problems getting onto the Wi-Fi and when we did it was extremely slow. Breakfast was nice and good choose of hot and cold food. I had a latte but it’s wasn’t very nice. Overall nice place to stay right close to the centre of hill if you wish to have a walk around. Only thing that let’s it down is the smoking at the entrance.

Very convenient location, just past the train station. Room was comfy enough, and clean. However, as often guests were randomly noisy throughput the nice, so sleep was bad. Breakfast was acceptable, but somehow the granola tasted like some sort of cardboard.

Room comfy, breakfast excellent But beware hidden cost. Hotel shares car park and costs extra £7 night. Plus finding the car park is not easy, there's no signs and requires entering a bus lane and possible fine. With so many hotels in Hull to choose from, I wouldn't stay at Holiday again, despite being a reasonable hotel
